All items returned or exchanged under KLUXXE returns must be unwashed, unworn, and undamaged, with all tags still attached. Jewelry needs to be in its original packaging.
Please note that sale items, underwear, and lingerie are considered FINAL sale items, as per our exchanges policy, and cannot be returned or exchanged.
To initiate the return or exchange process regarding any item or your order, kindly email customer service by clicking on the link below within 14 days of your purchase, in accordance with our returns policy.
Please allow 2 - 3 weeks from the return shipped date for your account to be credited in accordance with our KLUXXE returns policy. It may take 1 - 2 billing cycles for the credit to be reflected on your statement.
For fashion returns from international addresses, kindly allow 4 - 6 weeks from the return shipped date for your account to be credited, and anticipate 2 - 3 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.
Please allow 10 - 12 days to receive your new item following the shipped date of your exchange, as outlined in our exchanges policy. We must receive your item that needs to be exchanged before we can mail out the new item.
